Hello to all of our family and friends wherever you may be.
We plan a quiet summer .. quiet and uneventful. Alyssa will pop in
from time to time between work. Ashley and baby Megan, Ali-Jo and Adrien are
hanging out around home for the summer. Grandma Olsen is a full-time
missionary in the Salt Lake Family History Center.
Adrien: Our 4 year old! Adrien loves playing with the neighbor girls and
cousin Austin.
Ali-Jo: Finished Grade 11 this year and started the summer not doing too
much. Starting Grade 12 in September.
Alyssa: The working girl .. has been working hard all year, first at Taco
Bell in Provo, Utah from Jan-Apr 2002, and then back again to the Prince of
Wales in Waterton with her friend Amy as a housekeeper for the summer.
Ashley: Megan Kainoa Clifton made her appearance on Feb 6, 2002 and
shortly thereafter she and her mom made the long trip north and west from way
down south in Kentucky to now reside with us here. Ashley and her husband
Kalani are separated.
Aubrey and Deric: Mailei Rane Olsen arrived Jan 1, 2002 -- the first New
Year's Baby in the Southern Alberta Chinook Health Region .. Shortly
thereafter, the family moved over to West Lethbridge - much closer to the
University of Lethbridge. Deric is still in school full time and Aubrey is
homemaking. We enjoy having them so close by but don't get to see them close
to often enough.
Roger and Shauna: Shauna is working with the Young Women's organization in
our ward and Roger has been called to be the ward chorister. We are just
starting getting used to being called "Grandma and Grandpa Davies"
-- good thing we are so energetic and young looking.
